Shipping Policy

Most of our items are made-to-order. This means that when you place your order, we craft that item just for you, one at a time, to ensure the best quality.

We process orders on business days, which are Monday through Friday, Eastern Standard Time (EST). We exclude major U.S. holidays observed by the postal service, including New Year’s Day, Presidents’ Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas.

The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts: Processing Time and Shipping Time.

SECTION 1 – PROCESSING TIME

Orders are handcrafted and shipped from Vietnam.

Most of our items are made to order. The majority of orders are produced and prepared for shipment within 7 to 10 business days.
For personalized/custom orders (such as engraved resin lamps with custom names or designs), processing time is 3 to 4 weeks, as each piece is individually made and personalized by hand.
A few items may be available in stock and can be shipped out within 3 to 5 days.

Please note that processing time is separate from shipping time — the total delivery time is processing time plus shipping time below.

SECTION 2 – SHIPPING TIME

Once your order has been processed, estimated shipping times by destination are as follows:

Please note these are estimates provided by our shipping carriers and are not guaranteed. Delivery times may be affected by customs processing, local postal service delays, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.

SECTION 3 – ORDER TRACKING

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 2–5 business days after shipment for tracking information to update in the carrier’s system.

SECTION 4 – SHIPPING RATES

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your delivery destination and the size/weight of your order. Any applicable shipping fees will be clearly displayed before you complete your purchase.

SECTION 5 – CUSTOMS, DUTIES, AND TAXES

Orders shipped outside of Vietnam may be subject to import duties, customs fees, and taxes imposed by the destination country. These charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost and are the responsibility of the customer. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict their exact amount. Please check with your local customs office for more information before placing your order.

SECTION 6 – ADDRESS ACCURACY

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, additional shipping charges may apply to resend the order.

SECTION 7 – LOST OR DELAYED PACKAGES

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please contact us at [email protected] with your order number, and we will help track down your package with the carrier.

In the rare case that a package is confirmed lost in transit, we will offer a replacement or refund at our discretion, in accordance with our Refund and Return Policy.

SECTION 8 – DELAYS DUE TO CIRCUMSTANCES BEYOND OUR CONTROL

We are not liable for delays caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, customs delays, postal service disruptions, or other force majeure events. We will do our best to keep you informed if such delays occur.
