All items are made-to-order. This means that when you place your order, we make that item just for you, one at a time, for the best quality!
We process orders on business days, which are Monday through Friday, Eastern Standard-Times. We exclude holidays observed by the Post Office: New Year’s Day, Presidents’ Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas.
The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts:
1- Processing time:
Orders will be shipped from Vietnam
The majority of orders are produced and shipped within 7-10 business days.
With custom orders such as: Pokemon keycaps, custom wrist rest… the processing time is 3 – 4 weeks.
A few items may be available in stock and can be shipped out within 3 to 5 days.

1. Is your lamp corded or rechargeable?
Our lamps are corded and powered via USB connection.
2. Do you take custom orders?
Yes. We’re happy to accommodate custom orders whenever possible – from personalized engravings to custom design requests. However, limitations may apply for complex designs due to materials, production, and quality standards. Contact our team to discuss feasibility.
3. How do I order multiple products?
You can browse our collection and click “Add to Cart” on every product you’d like. Once you’re ready, go to your cart to review your items and proceed to checkout together in a single order. If you need a large or bulk order, feel free to contact our team for assistance.
